“In the eight months since my daughter has been training at the Victoria Aikido Centre, I have seen her confidence grow not just in the practice but in her person. My daughter suffers from anxiety and Aikido is unique in that it allows her to excel without the stress of performing which raises her anxiety. She loves Aikido and is very keen to continue practicing and growing in Aikido.”
