“As a public school teacher I can attest to the many benefits Aikido provides to children: safe and fun physical exercise, positive friendships, and the role modeling of respectful, responsible behavior. Instructors in the Victoria Aikido Centre’s popular children's Aikido program create a non-competitive, fun environment with clear, structured rules of behavior.”
